But if I’m honest, my relationship with magic began long before any of that.
As a little girl, I was always creating little rituals, collecting feathers and stones, fascinated by nature, symbols, ceremony, and the unseen. The more I’ve studied the nervous system, the more I’ve realised that science has never taken the magic away. It has simply given me another language to understand it.
After years of searching for answers around the world, I realised that everything I had been seeking had been within me all along. Today, my work is devoted to helping women remember that same truth within themselves.

My Journey
For most of my adult life, I’ve devoted myself to understanding the body, consciousness, and what it truly takes to create lasting transformation.
That journey has taken me around the world, studying Polyvagal Theory, somatic therapy, subconscious recoding, psychomagic, neuroscience, yoga, yoga therapy, and Ayurveda in India. I’ve learned from indigenous traditions, spent time with the Matsés tribe of the Peruvian Amazon, made pilgrimage to the Wirikuta Desert in Mexico, worked alongside shamans, studied Kambo, and immersed myself in both ancient wisdom and modern science.

Her Philosophy
Beyond the work
I’m a mother first. For many years, I was also a single mother, and that chapter of my life taught me more about courage, resilience, devotion, and reclaiming my own power than any training or certification ever could.
As a South African Palestinian woman from humble beginnings, I understand the weight of inherited stories and transgenerational trauma. Those experiences have shaped not only who I am, but the way I hold space for others.
Everything I teach is something I have first lived. My work is an invitation to come home to yourself, trust the wisdom of your body, and remember the magic that has always been within you.
